I started Anonimo with the design of a nightshirt because I couldn’t find one that I liked, that had everything I wanted in a nightshirt: comfort, cooling, style and quality. I wanted a nightshirt that I could wear into the day, so I made it longer with pockets that are hugely useful. The style is oversize and slightly androgynous so everyone can wear it. I started with lightweight breathable cotton but since then have branched into heavier wool and cashmere blends, for winter.

My friend and Italian teacher Maria Pia is is my model for the nightshirt. She lives next door to us at our home in Puglia.
